AYA Homestay nằm cách nhà thờ Đức Bà gần 2km, là địa điểm di chuyển thích hợp cho những người muốn tìm kiếm sự thoải mái, tiện nghi với giá cả phải chăng. Có lẽ chủ nhà là người yêu nghệ thuật, yêu cái đẹp nên mỗi thiết kế trong AYA đều mang một nét đẹp rất riêng - từ phong cách hiện đại cho đến hoang dã, phóng túng.

New , hip, trendy & friendly atmosphere. The Greeting staff
(Lyn?) Was great and very helpful .
On the edge of district 1… so most attractions are 25-40 min Walk . (i.e war museum, street food court etc..)
This hotel had a ‘great breakfast’ and the morning staff (Huy , Minh Anh , Glenn , Han , Phat ) are attentive , kind , available and they have way better English then our Vietnamese . (We found the north and south language have different words for certain conversation ). The bar was more expensive for what you get…So no one there at night. But staff was always available.

Quickly book this hotel and I didn t check much on their information or review. So i was impressed a bit by knowing 24hr stay program, cleanliness & design of the hotel. But then the poor sound proofing & the noise came from AC had made me sleepless. I sent the feedback to their survey but didn t receive any response in which they should have done it. Weirdo. It made me feel like my words had gone to the trash bin. Staffs should have asked for guest experience upon check out.
And they keep sending me newsletters via email without getting my approval. Usually any properties must get permission from the guest before doing it.
