Địa điểm là tuyệt vời. Chúng tôi ở lại 4 đêm tại đây và thấy nó thật hoàn hảo. Chúng tôi đến bằng xe buýt từ Sapa và nó đi bộ một đoạn ngắn đến khách sạn từ nơi xe buýt dừng lại. Khi chúng tôi rời đi, nó là một đoạn đi bộ ngắn đến trạm xe buýt để có xe buýt 86 sân bay. Nó cũng ở trung tâm của khu phố cổ, ngay cạnh chợ đêm và vòng qua góc từ hồ và nhà hát múa rối nước.
Mặc dù vị trí trung tâm của nó trong khu phố cổ, phòng khách sạn yên tĩnh và rất thoải mái. Bữa sáng thật tuyệt vời với trứng tráng và bánh xèo ngon cũng như một loạt các thứ khác.
Các nhân viên rất thân thiện và hữu ích và có trình độ tiếng Anh tốt, vì vậy tôi rất muốn giới thiệu khách sạn này cho bất cứ ai muốn dành một vài ngày ở Hà Nội.

We really wanted to love this hotel but there were issues with the rooms. After reading over 500 excellent reviews and considering the very reasonable price, we booked the Bella Rosa Suite Hotel & Spal and expected more with the quality of the room. The photographs of our rooms did not look anything like those of other reviewers and we think we know the reason. We were two couples who booked two junior suites at the Bella Rosa Suite Hotel & Spa. When we arrived, they checked us in their location two doors away which they said was the same property. On the front it said Bella Rosa Hotel and Travel. They said they only had one junior suite at the Bella Rosa Suite Hotel & Spa so they placed us here saying it was the same and the view was better because it was a corner property. Yes it was a corner property and the view of the quarter and the lake was excellent. But that is where the quality of the room ended. First of all, to get to the room, there was the smallest elevator we ever saw. You had the push open the elevator door manually to get out at a floor. At times, the elevator seemed to stall and then stop. As for the rooms, they were small and cramped. They did not look anything like a junior suite should. There was no place to put anything down in the room including suit cases which had to go on the floor. We had to step over everything just to move around the rooms. The bathroom was not not nice and the shower had mold. The other couple could not plug anything into outlets in the room and broke a charging plug trying to force it in. The staff had to bring in adapters in order for them to use the electric. We had to continually ask for more towels. The breakfast buffet was in the other building, the Bella Rosa Suites which is what we had booked. By contrast seeing the lobby of that building, the elevator (which was a normal elevator) and the breakfast buffet, we could see the quality was better which was probably why the reviews there were so positive. On the good side, the staff was absolutely wonderful including the manager, Lilly, who is a fantastic person. They did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and were so helpful. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The advice we can provide to anyone booking this hotel is to confirm that your rooms will be in the Bella Rosa Suite Hotel and Spa and not the property next door, the Bella Rosa Hotel and Travel. As for the overall rating, the room we had was probably a 2 to 3 stars, and the staff was 5 stars plus. We gave the rating 4 stars primarily because of the wonderful staff and because of them, we feel bad giving it less than 4 stars.
