Nằm ngay trong phố đi bộ, khách sạn Gardenia thu hút đông đảo khách du lịch do vị trí thuận tiện cho việc đi lại thăm quan quanh thành phố. Khách sạn bên ngoài mặt tiền là một gam màu trắng tinh khôi cùng ban công được thiết kế bằng những song sắt đen nổi bật nhưng khi bước vào bên trong phòng lại là một cảm giác ấm áp bởi những tông màu trầm nhẹ nhàng, thư thái.

Vị trí tuyệt vời, nhân viên siêu thân thiện, đã đi ra ngoài để chứa vợ tôi bị bệnh. Phòng thoải mái và rộng rãi, miền Trung nhưng vẫn yên tĩnh. Bữa sáng ngon miệng để đặt hàng và họ tiếp tục cố gắng để tôi đặt thêm nhiều thứ! Giá trị lớn quá, rất khuyến khích.

On arrival we were greeted and offered a welcome drink for free. The receptionist talked us through tips for town and gave us a sales spiel for some tours. Including imperial city and tombs and also a transfer with stops to Hoi An. We had planned to do a private tour to Hoi An with stops anyway and prices compared were the same. (More on this later)
Can’t fault the room. Comfy bed, spacious, balcony fine, hot powerful shower. Breakfast was very disappointing. Cold buffet style and can only order eggs. Didn’t enjoy it personally.
We booked a private tour to Hoi An. We also paid an extra 15USD on top of the price to visit the Golden bridge. We were told everything was included - hai van pass, lap an lagoon, Lăng co beach, golden bridge/ba na hill. Car picked us up on time, driver friendly and free bottle of water. We went to lap an lagoon and it was nice. We then headed for Ba na hill. Upon arrival the driver told us to call him (gave us number) when we were done and that we could buy tickets for 700,000 per person to ride the cable car to the golden bridge. (We were not told about this expense) so we found the only ATM and bought tickets. We got to the top and seen the OVERCROWDED golden bridge and walked around a bit. We then returned to the car and were taken to our hotel.
Our point is. We were told everything was included because we specifically asked and this wasn’t the case. Be honest and we would have been prepared. We would have been financially better of booking a tour with an agency. Mistake and lesson learned.
Disappointing end to our visit here.
