This was my favorite restaurant in Danang before Covid. And amazingly, they only have gotten better. The menu has been revamped with stronger seafood options. The scallops and whole fish special were both cooked and presented perfectly. The pork ribs were awesome and great value for the money. The crispy pork belly was the best I’ve ever had. In addition, they now are offering heart of darkness beers on draft. Hart of darkness is my favorite microbrew in Vietnam and I am so happy they’re not offering it at fat fish! Also the cocktails have improved. The signature Fat fish cocktail is now served with a BFC (big f’ing cube) so it retains the strength and flavor that was intended. Honestly, this is one of the best restaurants ever visited in all of my travels.
