We visited the Pho Quoc Corona casino recently. Lunch and Drinks at Bamboo were of a high standard, but pricy.
The casino was lovely inside and out, and there were plenty of staff to look after you.
Make sure you take your passport if you are a tourist, you will need this to get a Casino Membership card which you need to enter, and gamble.
Very impressive.

By our surprize we found out that the Corona Casino was connected to the Vin Pearl and Radisson resorts. You need to show ID and sign up for the casino card to enter. Once you have your card, you can enter by scanning your card. There are ATMs available (although most with a 5M Dong limit). They have baccarat, roulette, blackjack, poker and skip bo (tai xiu). Staff can speak English and I heard them speaking Mandarin to some guests too. The slot machines are state of the art (even newer than Vegas slots). The only negative point for me, they allow smoking at the tables. There is a restaurant as well as a bar with a live band.
